Designer-Support in VS2010 and Blend broken

  • Visual Studio 2010:
Everytime you try to open in VS2010 a .xaml file, you'll get an "Invalid XmlnsDeclaration"-Exception for the current .xaml file as shown in the attached screenshot. It really doesn't matter which file you open, even the App.xaml will have the same error.
The somehow amazing part of this error is that compiling and running the app still works fine.
  • Expression Blend 4:
Opening the same project in Blend 4 works fine except for the JetPackedWPFApplication -> SecondTabControl.
Blends designer will crash with the following ArgumentException ( Those exceptions were in German, so I'm trying to translate them :) ):
""{DependencyProperty.UnsetValue}" has an invalid value for the property "System.Windows.Controls.Control.Template" on a setter"
Stacktrace ( sorry, it's too long to write it down as you can't copy the whole exception like in VS... ): http://www.abload.de/img/stacktrace30xku.png
Compiling and running the application still works great.
    Great work so far.
Hopefully both issues can be fixed soon :)
